On Sunday, March 6th, we hosted a “cheese tasting” at our Huntington Store. Customers were invited to sample our fine selection of Italian Cheeses, including:

Aged Asiago Pecorino Fiore-di-Sardegna Ricotta Salata Cacio de Roma Fresh Pecorino di Sicilia 18th-month Aged Parmigiano Reggiano

Only one catch - to taste our cheeses we asked customers to first “say formaggio!”- that means “cheese” in Italian!
